Churches Together

At TBC we believe that unity within the church and between the churches is really important.

How wonderful it is, how pleasant,
for God’s people to live together in harmony!
It is like the precious anointing oil
running down from Aaron’s head and beard,
down to the collar of his robes.
It is like the dew on Mount Hermon,
falling on the hills of Zion.
That is where the Lord has promised his blessing—
life that never ends. (Psalm 133)

ABCWe are part of ‘the Church’ in Truro and believe that it is good when churches work and serve together in the community. A key expression of this unity in the city is Churches Together in Truro of which we are an active member.

There are links to some of the activities that we support through our involvement with Churches Together above – click on them to find out more.

In November 2013, it was our pleasure to host a non-denominational mission training event for young people – Hope Cornwall, which was blessed by a visit from Archbishop Justin Welby, who stopped to pray with the young people.
